We offer a range of counselling and wellbeing services for neurodiverse children, adults, and their families. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, or other emotional challenges, our experienced team is here to support you.
We offer one-to-one counselling, small group therapy, and wellbeing sessions in a safe, inclusive space where every individual is heard, respected, and empowered to improve their emotional wellbeing.
Our Approach
We use person-centred therapy, ensuring that each individual's unique needs are understood and respected. Our counsellors have experience working with neurodiverse clients and provide a safe, welcoming space for all.

Our Counsellors
All of our counsellors are either fully qualified, or on placement, working towards their counselling qualification.
They are supported by:
- An on-site qualified counsellor
- Our Mental Health and Wellbeing lead

Adult Counselling
We understand that life can be complex, especially for neurodiverse adults navigating personal, professional, and social challenges.
Our adult counselling service provides a confidential, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Teen Wellbeing Group
Our Teen Wellbeing Group is designed to support neurodivergent teenagers in a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment.
Each session combines peer support, creative activities, and guided discussions to help participants:
- Strengthen emotional, mental, social, and physical wellbeing
- Build confidence, independence, and self-expression
- Learn practical strategies for managing wellbeing at home, in school, and in social settings
- Connect with others who share similar experiences in a supportive group setting
Sessions are tailored to meet neurodiverse needs and promote inclusivity. We also work closely with families to share the aims and scope of the programme, ensuring a holistic approach to support.
Counselling for Children and Young People
Our children’s counselling service is designed to help neurodiverse young people feel safe, heard, and understood.
We create a nurturing environment where children and teens can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.
We offer:
- One-to-one counselling for children and teens
- Small group therapy sessions focused on peer connection and shared experiences
And support with:
- Emotional regulation
- Anxiety and low mood
- Social challenges
- Confidence and self-esteem
- Transitions (e.g. school changes, diagnosis)
Our counsellors use creative and age-appropriate techniques such as play, art, and storytelling to help children express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe.
