Activities for Children and Young People

These sessions are specifically tailored to meet the needs of autistic children and young people, providing safe, structured environments where they can build confidence, develop social skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences.

Our Programme Includes:

  • Clubs by Age Group - Regular Kids Clubs and Youth Clubs offer age-appropriate activities, games, and social opportunities in small, supportive groups. We also run dedicated sessions for home-educated children.

  • Therapeutic Experiences Activities like Animal Therapy and Anti-Gravity Yoga promote emotional wellbeing, sensory regulation, and relaxation. These sessions are calm, nurturing, and designed to help children feel safe and empowered.

  • Active and Physical Sessions - From Climbing Club to Multi Sports and Swim Sessions, we offer inclusive physical activities that encourage movement, coordination, and fun - all adapted to suit different needs and abilities.

All sessions are led by experienced staff who understand the needs of autistic individuals and work to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

Activities for Families

We know how important it is for families to spend quality time together, so we also offer a range of activities that include siblings and parents/carers. These shared experiences help strengthen family bonds and create lasting memories.

Our activities include:

  • Cinema Trips - Relaxed screenings in autism-friendly environments.
  • Soft Play Mornings - Exclusive access to play centres for younger children and their families.
  • Trampoline Park Sessions - Age-specific bounce sessions with plenty of space and support.
  • Family Swim Sessions Private pool time for families to enjoy swimming in a calm, low-sensory setting.

Activities for Parents

We understand that supporting an autistic child can be both rewarding and challenging, which is why we offer dedicated activities just for parents and carers. These sessions provide a chance to recharge, connect with others, and access practical support in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Our parent-focused activities include:

  • Coffee Mornings Friendly, informal meetups to share experiences and build community.
  • Workshops & Talks Expert-led sessions on topics like neurodiversity, education, and wellbeing.
  • Wellbeing Activities Yoga, walking groups, and other calming sessions to support mental and physical health.
  • Peer Support Groups Safe spaces to talk, listen, and learn from others on similar journeys.

These activities are designed to empower parents with knowledge, connection, and a little time for themselves.
