Activities for Autistic Adults

Autistic adults deserve spaces where they can feel understood, supported, and free to be themselves. Our adult sessions are designed to offer just that; welcoming environments where individuals can explore interests, build connections, and enjoy meaningful experiences at their own pace.

Our Programme Includes:

  • Adults’ Meet-Ups – Friendly, informal gatherings in Northwich, Runcorn, and Warrington.
  • Crafty Club – Creative sessions to relax and enjoy making things together.
  • Cooking Sessions – Hands-on activities to build skills and confidence in the kitchen.
  • Yoga for Adults – Gentle movement and mindfulness in a calm, supportive setting.
  • Evening Support Groups – for autistic adults to meet and chat.
  • Walking Groups – Peaceful group walks to connect with nature and others.
  • Online Mental Health Support Group – Weekly virtual sessions focused on emotional wellbeing.

All sessions are led by experienced staff who understand the needs of autistic individuals and work to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

Activities for Parents/Carers

We understand that supporting an autistic adult can be both rewarding and challenging, which is why we offer dedicated activities just for parents and carers. These sessions provide a chance to recharge, connect with others, and access practical support in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Our Parent-Focused Activities Include:

Coffee Mornings – Friendly, informal meetups to share experiences and build community.

Workshops & Talks – Expert-led sessions on topics like neurodiversity, education, and wellbeing.

Wellbeing Activities  – Yoga, walking groups, and other calming sessions to support mental and physical health.

Peer Support Groups – Safe spaces to talk, listen, and learn from others on similar journeys.

These activities are designed to empower parents/carer with knowledge, connection, and a little time for themselves.
